Tokai COBEX Announces Leadership Changes in France

Tokai COBEX hereby announces that Joseph Bertin and Laure Latour are no longer engaged in the business of Tokai COBEX. Differing views on the company’s future management and development have led to this decision. We recognize the work and efforts undertaken by Joseph Bertin and Laure Latour over the last years in development and promotion of BAM. Therefore, while we understand that this is a sudden development, it is essential for the continued growth and integrity of Tokai COBEX, particularly in France.

Please note that this organisational shift does not impact any of our commitments to produce cathodes, pastes, specialty graphite, and, in the future, battery anode material (BAM) at our two French sites. We will continue with our BAM R&D and industrialisation efforts and will commercialise the product for our customers.

Alexander Loscher will assume the position of President of Tokai COBEX Savoie, while Vincent Vitart will take on the role of Directeur Général/General Manager.
