Liability for contents

The contents of our pages have been prepared with the utmost care. However, we cannot assume any liability for the correctness, completeness, and topicality of the contents. As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents on these pages pursuant to § 7.1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), but as a service provider we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to search for circumstances indicating illegal activity pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG. Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with more general law remain unaffected by this. However, liability in this respect is only possible from the time we become aware of a concrete violation of the law. If we become aware of such violations, we will remove the contents immediately.
